Session #8 - Further training(团队意识培训第8课:后续进阶训练)
TL;DR
这是团队意识冥想培训的结课单元,核心内容分为4部分:学员分享上周感恩练习体验、讨论课程结束后的个人冥想进阶方向、集体完成最后一次冥想、学员整体反馈总结,额外补充了教师引导的注意事项。
课程流程与要点
课前准备
本单元总时长60分钟,流程安排如下:

1. 分享环节
- 规则:按顺时针顺序轮流分享上周体验,围绕以下问题展开:
- 写感恩清单的体验如何?
- 有没有尝试品味当下时刻?
- 你能把这些练习融入冥想习惯吗?
- 引导要点: 很多人刚开始做感恩练习都会感到不适,和其他练习一样,只有长期坚持做才能获得效果,重点是实际行动,偶尔空想两秒“这挺好的”达不到效果。

Gratitude feels weird for many in the beginning. But just like the other exercises it’s results come from doing it over a long period of time. And most importantly: actually doing it. It’s not enought to think “uh, that’s nice” for two seconds every now and then.
2. 课程结束后如何推进
本单元结束后,整个8周课程就完结了。8周的时长符合冥想相关研究的常见周期,完成后学员通常会感受到多方面的变化,引导要点如下:
- 引导学员找到匹配自身需求的进阶方向:
- 对冥想哲学感兴趣的学员,可以探索自我认知、无常、不二论等主题
- 也有学员会从自助、提升生产力的角度继续练习冥想
- 可以根据学员需求推荐合适的书籍、课程和技巧
- 联结团队与组织:引导学员思考如何把平静、专注的状态传递给身边的人
- 练习提示:每次冥想开始前可以先问自己上述问题,能提升练习动机

After eight weeks, you should be able to feel different in a lot of ways. But was it worth it? Perhaps there is some other activity that would give the same result. Some participants want to explore the philosophical parts of meditation more… Help each person find their own strategy for moving forward with meditation. And remember to anchor your teachings to the group and the organisation. How can we spread a sense of calm and focus to the people around us?

- 提前告知学员后续会发送匿名反馈问卷
- 按逆时针顺序轮流分享课程整体感受,围绕以下方向:
- 投入的时间是否值得?
- 本次课程有哪些收获?
- 有没有对工作或私人生活产生影响?
- 讲师在下次开课前需要更新哪些内容?
- 引导规则:让每位学员讲完,回答能解答的问题,记录暂无答案的问题
- 告知学员讲师的可联系方式规则,感谢学员投入的时间与注意力

Let each participant talk until they’re finished. Answer any questions that might come up, and note those you don’t have an answer for. The group should know the drill about your availability by now :) Thank them for their time and attention.
额外补充材料
- 可以和学员分享你作为讲师的收获:复述课程中你觉得特别有意思的时刻,越具体越好,也可以分享你自己特别感恩的内容
- 不要神化冥想:找到适合自己的方法后很容易变得说教,但冥想不是唯一的答案,对其他人来说,骑行这类运动同样有效
- 总结课程核心:优先进行心智训练、练习提升平静和专注的方法,这些会让你其他的工作顺利很多,当创造力和清晰度足够时,就不需要各种效率技巧了

- Remember that meditation is not special. It’s easy to become preachy once you’ve find something that works for you. But meditation is not the answer. For someone else, mountain biking is just as effective.
- Try to summarize the message of the course. Prioritize mental training and methods to increase calm and focus - because it will make the rest of your work so much better. When creativity and clarity is close at hand, we don’t need productivity hacks.
